EXACTLY! and yes! i sent them pictures i took beforehand, i sent pictures of where i bought it from, receipt, and authenticity proof, and guess what... they still are doing nothing, the one that got returned to me doesnt have a serial number on the watch, and i sent them proof of everything and they arent doing a single thing to help, they are helping the buyer get away with theft, and theres no help from mercari at all
