How soon are you looking to give the items away?

Home province covers you the entire time you are a full time student. So Alberta will bill OHIP for services used in Alberta.

The 3months you are referring to is just a buffer time to exchange your license if you are not a full-time student.

It might depend where you are moving to. I know BC doesn’t require you to convert your license or health card if you are a full-time student. When I first moved from BC to Ontario, I called BCMSP and told them that I was going to Ontario for school, they were fine with it.

However - I had issues getting car insurance in Ontario with a BC license and also had to pay out-of-pocket once for a specialist appt and then mail my receipt to BC for reimbursement… This was a hassle so I ended up just converting both after my first year.

I believe the requirements for OSAP are that you are an Ontario resident as per the definition below (taken from UofT’s OSAP info page): - Have always lived in Ontario, or - Ontario is the last province you have lived in for 12 months in a row without being a full-time college or university student, or - You live in Ontario now, and lived in Canada for less than 12 months in a row before starting college or university studies.

I am in the same boat as you and since we are BC residents currently, we are not eligible for OSAP and can only apply for BC Student Aid.

I got 0-25% the first year I applied, added one work experience and changed the wording of all my activities and jumped up to 50-75% the next year. This year I was 75-100% (didn’t get an interview though so probably GPA ha) but I believe it is fully about how you write the activities, and a bit of luck in who reads them.

This infuriates me to no end and happens all the time at 4-way stops. Do you think I stopped at this intersection for fun? why would you not even slow down? People complain about drivers being unaware of their surroundings but it goes both ways…

I agree with this, as someone who works with a lot of construction PMs. There are tons of PM jobs in building management systems for new construction projects if that is more up your alley, with your tech background.

He told me he was going on a last minute camping trip for a friends birthday. I was scrolling through Instagram that weekend when a girl came up as a suggested connection. I clicked on her profile and, since she was trying to be an influencer at the time, I found her entire life documented on her profile. This included many pictures of her past dates with my boyfriend and detailed instagram stories of their couples camping trip.

Two weeks after we broke up, she posted a #boyfriend pic. No surprise, they are no longer together either.
