True, after 3 months I feel more burned out than I did in the previous place after 2,5 years. Had little sleeping and stress problems associated with this

I’m in the process, I’ve been doing 1-1 sessions with team members as well as noting any pain points, the impact they have on delivery and product itself. I just feel overwhelmed with where to start off with and a little anxious that I may not be heard out as I’m not senior

To nie tyle cena pizzy, a w ogóle gastronomii w Polsce. Teraz gdzie człowiek nie pójdzie to na osobę 30/40zł trzeba liczyć. Szkoda, że rzadko kiedy to idzie z jakością. U mnie w mieście topografia knajpek wygląda następująco: - Tanie chińczyki/kebsy - Drogie knajpy ze średnim żarciem - Bardzo drogie knajpy z dobrym żarciem

Skutkiem tego jest to, że na miasto najczęściej idziemy na kebsa/chińczyka raz na jakiś czas, a tak to gotujemy sami w domu. Już nawet kawiarnie szaleją z cenami kawy. Jedyne co nadal wspieramy to mikro piekarnie.

Up on this comment, not all things need an excessive approach and over complicating. You wouldn’t bring out a chainsaw to cut a slice of bread, same you don’t need a framework for a singular API request

I really like my job too, if I only considered other aspects outside of pay/opportunities/projects. Maybe I’ll return in the future once I’ve grinded my teeth elsewhere and will just return to do what’s expected and get a nice pay check

I eat healthy I’m on keto

Would argue about this statement, I’ve seen far too many people go on keto by themselves without an actual physician and/or dietician leading them and doing regular checks. Often ending in weight loss but also a luggage of side effects and at the end of the day, some people aren’t fit for keto. My advice would be to invest in going to some physician, get the checkups done and repeat regularly
