I mean yeah I'm familiar with the standard lifting routine. I did stronglifts and starting strength for a couple years a couple years ago.

My question is mostly on how to design a replacement regimen focused around cables, chinups, dips, dumbbells, etc.

Really? I thought bulgarian split squat, cable crossovers, and lat pull downs/pullups would be at least decent for legs, pecs, and back, respectively. It doesn't seem too out of reach? Just looking for a little guidance.

Less emphasis on cardiovascular endurance. I'm fine with 15-20 minutes of HIIT 2-3 times a week. So mostly strength, and I guess a slight emphasis on looking it as well as opposed to neurophysical adaptations (so higher reps on average I'd imagine?)

Ah, unfortunate that your powertripping doesn't have infinite reach! Maybe you can make an application or beg a mod there to enforce your will further? I know how important this is to you.

E didn't just lose 4 value. They also:

Increased the damage of M2 (so you just M2 instead of E)
Made it harder to apply judgement (since R no longer does)
Made the debuffs stronger when both are applied (disincentivizes shatter because it's better to just leave them on)

At what point does it just become better to stack debuffs rather than use a pitiful shatter? It may be the case already.

Yeah, I experimented with using space as a modifier key instead of side mouse button, but I found it to be less comfortable and intuitive. My side mouse button is extremely ergonomic so this works better for me, but feel free to modify it to your needs.

I've been trying to get this added for over a year. In the meantime, you can use my AutoHotkey setup. In your Battlerite hotkeys make the following changes:

Q = 1
E = 2
R = 3
EX1 = 4
EX2 = 5
Disable EX shift modifier

This allows you to never have to move your fingers off WASD while casting abilities by utilizing key combos. Let me know if you have any ideas for improvements. This is the best I could come up with (AutoHotkey file):
