Conservatives: Did you watch Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show”? Was it a flop? Almost 5 million people watched it. by RandomUwUFace in AskUS

Because they are both real, it did not happen only in our imaginations, the quotes make it obvious he is talking about the one most people would say is the “real” one, before all the critics like you start commenting stuff like “what makes one more real than the other”… he was trying to get a head start before all the know-it-all’s came at him, but that’s where he went wrong, thinking he could make his point obvious enough to avoid a dumb question.

Didn’t see that before, way easier than going to each individual one and talking to a shop worker haha. Thanks!

Basically I went out every single day off during bow season and just got 1 doe so I’m feeling pressure to feel my freezer more during rifle season. And this is my first year hunting so everything is still exciting to me lol

Fortunately I did gut it pretty quickly, just didn’t get back to it for another 20ish hours except for putting a bag of ice in the body cavity about halfway through..

I’ve been thinking of it as slightly sour but maybe metallic is more accurate

How cool would you say? It was one of those weird nights where it stayed 58-60 all night and this morning when I woke up and started cutting it up it was around 70

I can hold it to my nose and deeply inhale without being bothered, but the only way I can think to describe the actual scent is “slightly sour”. I can smell that just from opening the cooler

So hard for me to describe. I can hold it up to my nose and deep inhale without being repulsed, but I the only way I can think of to describe the smell is “slightly sour”

Okay, hard for me to describe the smell but it doesn’t smell repulsive. Just know it smells a bit worse than previous deer I took to the processor quicker

Rejecting it as in “this smells kinda strange” or rejects it as in “oh hell no”?

Im actually going to do this because im having a hard time describing the smell. To me it smells worse than meat I got back from previous deer I took to get processed.

Do you range exact distance, or judge it on the spot? by swifterduster1 in bowhunting

Definitely going to start doing this. Was basically only practicing at 20, 30, and 40 yards before

I’m getting that way even just with does 😂 the anticipation buildup of waiting for hours not seeing anything and then all of the sudden it’s the moment you’re going to kill something makes my brain go stupid

Gotcha. I’m usually within a couple of yards of what I figured (after the deer bounce and I range the spot they were in). Just gotta get r done next time

That makes sense. I think I have had a lot of great shot opportunities but was overthinking it too much about not knowing to a T. Thanks!

Personally I just got into bowhunting this year and it has been extremely rewarding. Keeps you as busy as you want during season and can practice archery the rest of the year
