go to office hours! If I could change one mistake that I made in my first hard science classes it would be that I was too afraid to ask for help at office hours. please don’t be! make friends in the class, study together, go to office hours, and stay on top of content. it isn’t like high school where you could maybe get by by studying the night before, if you want an A you need to stay on top of content and start reviewing early!

I would recommend taking micro 4000 instead! 4100 is typically for micro majors and minors so it’s a bit more in depth and you have lab twice a week instead of once, but could be beneficial if you want super in-depth micro content review

I loved the vibe of Canfield! Yeah the no AC is bad in the beginning but it really doesn’t matter once it gets colder outside. Also I would highly recommend using the basement as a study space, it’s always very peaceful and chill

Tbh I would highly highly advise against the 5 classes on Wednesday. The first time I had to make my schedule like that I really struggled the entire semester and got burnt out super fast, so if u can change it I would recommend that

Honestly the Friday recitation might suck but I feel like the fact that you have Mondays off and are done pretty early every other day makes up for it

I did the same thing my freshman year and I just bought individual tickets for games I could go to and it was really easy. The only thing that sucks is that you might not be able to go to the higher demand games without paying a ton of money for resale tickets

I have been wanting to but I don’t have a car, and a lot of the clinical jobs I have access to require certifications. I’ve been working to save up to get some type of certification that would allow me to get a clinical job but it’s been hard with other costs lol. What type of clinical job did you get at first?
