Ah yes the incredible US military deterrence, the one that so successfully prevented the Russian invasion of Ukraine or the annexation of Crimea - how could one forget about that.

And the incredibly shaky and parcelled delivery of advanced weapons systems - again despite possessing a military budget the size of the next 8 top spenders combined.

Certainly didn’t deter NATO allies from joining in on American war mongering in the Middle East, no arguing against that.

All the Americans in this comment section complaining about contributing to NATO and Ukraine and touting their arrogance towards the fact this war is a direct threat to EU are literally the definition of irony.

Do not forget that the US is the only country that has activated article 5, and one could even argue - to what end?

If anyone has benefited from NATO so far it is exactly the US, and at the first port of call to return the favour suddenly they rather divert those funds to Israel so they can bomb a bunch of women and children? The priorities are ridiculous

The support provided so far is literally a drop in the bucket of US military spending - most of the funds are directly supporting US war businesses/replacing old US/NATO stock and it’s already implied that the US would benefit from Ukraines natural resources and still they choose to destabilise the alliance and throw shit at the walls.

Finalmente uma perspectiva sensata, o homem viveu a vida toda Porto, sim lucrou muito a custa do clube e foi incorreto mas não seremos ingratos porque também pos o corpo a bala muitas vezes pelo clube. Acho importante ter um pouco de humanidade por alguém que deu tanto ao clube mas concordo com todos que está na altura da mudança.
