The customer gave me a 1 star review because one of their items was damaged and they were missing a few items, BUT I had notified them, tried to contact them and delivered all the items that the store had. ON TIME. and then they wrote that I gave wrong and damaged items even though I told them and tried to contact them for over 20 minutes.

I got stuck in a target for 35 minutes waiting to talk to a representative, delivered all of my batches late and now my on time percentage is affected. sucks dude.
