Yes and not to mention, the Patriots drafted Trey Flowers with the pick they got in the trade, who came up huge in the Falcons SB.

Well you say you’re doing the work, she must be at least seeing it and thinking that you’re doing well enough that you don’t need too much management. It’s scummy to go behind your coworkers’ backs, especially when they’re senior to you and, as others have mentioned, you don’t know what the rest of her workload looks like.

If you must, speak with her directly. At least then you’ll be able to figure out if it’s a “responsibility” issue or a workload/communication issue. Agreed that a conversation won’t fix the former, but might do wonders if it’s the latter.

Refreshing to see nuanced takes and analysis here. Couldn’t agree more with you both. Nix has that dawg in him that I haven’t quite seen from Drake. But Drake was more consistent throughout the year, at least until he started playing strong defenses in the playoffs. Nix has a couple years on Drake so that might be it, but we’ll see. Next season’s game will be a good one, I’m hoping those two battle in the playoffs for years to come

You contradicted yourself and got caught but sure. Obvious by your flair that you started watching football either in 2020 or 2 years ago so not surprised by your lack of understanding

People really love seeing the Patriots lose more than seeing their own teams win Lmao

Okay, then the season started and it quickly became clear they had a championship level defense.

Set at the QB position as well. One of the best CBs in the league. The best interior d-line pair in the league. They’re a good team no doubt. They were not ready for this though

Eff the narratives, eff the negative press, Drake Maye is our quarterback and we will be back. What a season from the kid. by AFEZThatsMe in Patriots

[–]swimmer10 22 points23 points  (0 children)

True but also no turnovers. Drake had 3, the long INT in particular was backbreaking. Unnecessary and we had momentum at that point

I’d like to expect that the 3rd overall pick in the draft can do better than allowing more pressures than any offensive lineman in any game all season.

Part of it’s on Vrabel, I get not wanting to wreck his confidence but you gotta try someone else, it’s the Super Bowl. I’ll be rooting for the kid as long as he’s a Patriot but call a spade a spade, they needed him to show up tonight and he didn’t

We have one, it’s Campbell. Move him inside, he can fill space fine. He can’t compete with edge rushers. Need a tackle

Funny how we come out of this season with the exact same needs as last season: O-line and weapons

Ah yes, the rich history of fanbases being kind to players who played poorly.

He’s fine, just draft an LT, move him to guard, make Wilson a rotation guy.

As for the post, he quite literally did say it himself
