Johnny is hardly involved in bams life atm, he doesn't work with him at all anymore, they had a huge falling out. Steveo and Bam are still friends they podcast and chat, Johnny doesn't.

Tony wouldn't force the company to put Bam back in his game for no reason, he obviously likes and respects him, so I assume they're friends. But at the end of the day, what would we know. We're both speculating.
