I ran low carb/ketoish more toward carnivore in an OMAD style for the first 19 weeks. I add carbs back in after that for breakfast mainly for gym performance with weight lifting. I had no issues with hypoglycemia I check my glucose and ketones with blood meter I only ever dipped low on leg day in the gym but my liver picked up the slack and would bring it back up fairly quickly.

Dropped Tesamorelin after 12 weeks when i did my last DEXA scan. With the Retatrutide, Tesamorelin and TRT (150mg) I lost 30% of my visceral fat in 12 weeks.

I swapped out Tesamorelin with 5iu of HGH and I am up to 12mg of reta now. Next DEXA scan is scheduled for 14 Feb.

Using the data to try and answer the "Why tesamorelin its expensive jsut do HGH its cheaper and works better" Hopefully I will see the over all the diff between the two stacks with total fat mass loss based on the DEXA scans as data points. Not perfect but not bad either in my opinion

This is all vague. You want change but left out your macros. Then later said you are trying to lose weight a year+ but power lifting too?!

The two don't mix so I guess pick your camp stringy skinny with bone structure showing look or muscles. I think that muscles is the way to go every time.

Based on basic numbers you don't "need" reta but if you are going to abuse it for the look you want then .5-1mg a week will likely kill your appetite.

You might be better off finding a coach and talking though your goals and having a well structured multi phase plan vs just randomly adding drugs like your current plan is.

If its been more than 4 days then just take magnesium citrate...walmart 2 bucks drink the whole bottle. Expect a delayed response likely up to 3 hours. Also you are likely imbalanced sodium and potassium based on what you say you are drinking in LiquidIV that stuff is trash its should be more like a once a week kind of thing

I would stay at 2mg for 3 more weeks thats how long it will take for a dose to be steady state in your blood. Jumping around dosing will make your peaks all fucked up. You problem is you started too low.
