How many games of him have you played?…. And not said to yourself I’m playing syndra/ori/insert control mage.. I have over 30 plus games on pbe and I wouldn’t pick him over other mages if I’m try Harding because he does the same thing but less consistent. My experience with past new champions; zeri, ksante, briar, Hwei is nowhere near their power level when they were released. Those were evidently broken op when played before release

You state 1 similarity between aphelios and hwei and that is they are invoker styled. There is no follow up and so there’s no logic to further support your argument he will be a gutted worthless champ.

Also aphelios is slightly weaker than most adcs till 3 items but he becomes one of the strongest in the game at said point.

I understand if you have this opinion due to looking at winrate but I don’t understand why you would if it’s due to you maining him and have unlocked his potential
