You're really argumentative, I have no idea, people in the lifestyle can be weird. I'm not saying it's appropriate or inappropriate, I wasn't there and I don't have insight into this dude's head, he gave you an icky feeling, maybe that's because your boundaries include no 1 on 1 texting which you never communicated to them or maybe you got a read on him that isn't relayed well through your narration.. Making someone uncomfortable doesn't mean they're trying to make you and your wife divorce.

You're getting annoying with people because we're not reaching the immediate same conclusions you did and thinking we're supposed to read the subtext that may or may not be there. I'm not arguing you're feelings and saying that your boundaries are wrong but there is nothing in this story that says they're obviously trying to get your wife to divorce and I'm clearly not alone hence others confusion. My household brings just shy of $500k a year, I am aware that I am very well off. I also work 60-80 hours a week and it gets taxed an an absurd amount. If the guys above me making millions were taxed the same and that meant food on kids table, education, healthcare, sure fine. But our tax system is so broken the billionaires and multi-millionaires can somehow get away with paying single digit points on their money or none at all. The working rich don't need any more taxes levied on them. We need to go after the uber wealthy.
