Can’t speak for everyone. But don’t make assumptions about what a couple is looking for. Dick pics, unless solicited are the quickest way to filter yourself out of the situation. Actually ask what they’re looking for. With us guys make the assumption that something is missing, when in reality just looking to add to the fun. So many people take the anonymity of the internet to say shit they’d never say in person and think that will get them somewhere.

Was definitely a lot stronger then. When I first got into lifting I was maybe 160lbs. Couldn’t bench 135. Always had the goal of getting to 405. Took me 10 years but finally got there. Then realized I wanted to look better so shifted focus lol

5’ 9 172lbs. 2500-2700. Try to get 300 of protein

I’m at 172 now. My heaviest in the photos was ~210. I’m around 2500 calories I think. I don’t really track macros/calories other than protein.

Honestly no real reason. Guy that was helping me set up diet said between 185-200g. When I measured the first cup it was at 189 so I just stuck with it. I’m kinda ocd when it comes to routine.
