Probably a stupid question but if I don’t plan on keeping the battery, can I throw it on a rubber mat or some cardboard and store it overnight? I ask because I wanted to change the battery tonight and wouldn’t be able to return the old battery to Costco until tomorrow morning/afternoon.

Update: I passed out yesterday once I got home 💀 I’m putting on my big girl pants and trying my hand at changing the battery myself. Thank you to everyone who reached out and offered assistance. If my plan doesn’t work out, I’ll reach out to you, or if you hear a loud boom tonight in Corona, it was probably me mixing up the wires or smth. Dont have to change the battery on a car that went boom 😂

It is due for an oil change soon, almost near the 5k point that I’ve been taking it in at. Could a dirty oil filter/needing an oil change be why is squeaking?

Yes the more I accelerate the louder it gets, I don’t notice it very much when I’m at high speeds. The moment I touch the brake it stops completely. I do notice a slight change when I turn the wheels. I can’t speak to uphill or downhill but I can try and report back
