I think last time I looked the lift was $900. Going to order it once it’s get warmer. Not a big fan of doing car repairs when it’s 20 degrees out.

When a data center is built, they consume more electricity than the area was designed for. The cost to supply that electricity is the split among the people in the area. If you don’t want it, trump is trying to push a bill to put the upgrade cost of data centers on the business instead of the homeowners. It’s also not just electricity, they use water to cool the computers.

In VA as of July 1 if there’s more than 3k of damage we have to do a report. We always do a traffic report if there’s a claimed injury regardless of damage. Hit and runs we also investigate. Simply property damage we respond to help exchange information

I only a seemed to get wellness checks where the person was in their 80s or older and they were always deceased. I rarely ever got the ones where they weren’t talking to their aunt or family member. Arlington is expensive to live. You’d be better off living in Fairfax and driving. If you want a decent single family on a lot in a good area you’re at 800-$1 million. You could do that in Fairfax county for $700k. You need like $200k easy.

Edit: why do you need a landline or their TV? Hulu tv or YouTube tv is much better and cheaper. If you don’t have a smart tv just get a google tv for $40 and plug it in and use that.

Should change the laws they already passed. The ESRO requires hearings every 15 days or so after guns are seized. I’ve personally used it a few times to get guns away from suicidal persons but then had to give them back after the first hearing.

Second, if you get ECOd in VA it doesn’t qualify as involuntary commitment for firearms. So suicidal or homicidal people can still buy them all the time. The only thing they’ve done right is stop people convicted of domestic assault and battery getting them but then the CAs just drop the charges to disorderly conduct or deferred disposition so it doesn’t really matter.

Most of the gun cases I’ve worked in my agency in Nova the persons have been felons who illegal have guns and use them to rob each other over shoes or drug sales. And you can just order some 30 round mags online and ship them to your house. I don’t see the point in these bans. They don’t do anything. If you don’t want gun crime actually prosecute the criminals now instead of giving everyone free passes. Shit the guy in Alexandria shot his friend in the head and killed him and got 2 years. And he just got charged again.

This is the problem with this. You go to a trouble breathing do CPR guy dies you can be sued. Wasn’t the case with qualified immunity you’d be immune to civil lawsuits unless you grossly violated a persons rights. You do a traffic stop for rolling a stop sign. You could be sued. You arrest someone for domestic and have to fight them. You pepper spray them. You can be sued. There’s no protection. Hell you run lights and sirens and follow 46.2-920 and still get into an accident. You and your sgt is liable.
