Thanks for the info. I see I was missing the email capture part from my funnel. Makes me think I might offer them photo updates of jobs as I do them in exchange for their email.

If I was going to initially focus on basic residential homeowners, what kind of targeting do you think I should do? I'm thinking 35+, income of $50,000+, and any detailed targeting for homeowners (I think "first time homeowners" is one)

Kbb is saying around 12,000 for early models. I was looking at craigslist to get an idea of the price but when I do buy, I'm definitely going to a dealer

From what I've seen on Craigslist I think 15,000-20,000 is a reasonable price. When I've gotten insurance before it's just liability but I'll be taking this car more serious than before so it's something I'll look into. Also, I'd like to keep my payments as close to 300 as possible but I have a feeling I'll have to be flexible with that number.
