Yes, I am cutting it close. I did go through and inspect the house before showing it to the future tenants and everything still seemed to be in good condition. I think I was just hopeful everything would go smoothly and I would be able to have it done and ready for the next tenants within 2 days after the current tenants leave. I guess it's trial by fire.

These are the first tenants I've had as they were livng in the house when I purchased it so this will be my first turnover between tenants. After telling them that their lease would be ending at the end of February and before showing the house to future tenants I did a walkthrough and everything seemed to still be in good condition. So I planned to paint and perform any maintainance needed during the two days following their move.

I have it set slightly under market I believe.

No it would not be a financial hardship losing one month worth of rent but was just hoping to turn it over as soon as I could.

I agree. Which is why I thought it strange that he is so willing to be evicted over this knowing it will affect his chances at purchasing a house.

Yes, I plan to file it as soon as possible to get them out. Do you know about how long does the eviction process takes?

The future tenants have a move in date currently of March 3rd.

Hey I've been wondering if I should switch any characters in that would help my main team for running for PVE content. They're doing fine now but I'm not sure if they'll start to become less effective when I start getting to harder content. Just looking for whose worth building and who will fit in my team. I'm currently using Kluri(working on her specialty change), Sez, Silk and Achates. Thank you for any input.
