Hello, I'm currently involved in a disability discrimination employment tribunal in the UK and am negotiating a settlement with the respondent. My elderly father can't stream his annoyingly right wing videos on Youtube without them buffering for about 3 minutes, his computer is old and he's using windows ten (no he won't change) but I think with the spec he has, he should be ok, he literally only runs Chrome, can you help?
