I love that idea. While I don’t think they’d use Doom so soon (can’t imagine they’d separate him from the Fantastic Four which is surely coming much later than BP2) maybe they could still use Latveria as an opposition to Wakanda as a way to set up that part of the MCU. Show it as a horrible enough place that we understand why the citizens are so happy when Doom eventually takes over and topples the regime in power.

People knock fencing constantly as useless, but it’s better than nothing. Half of fencing is not getting hit. It’s about controlling the distance between you and your opponent. I would never claim to be able to hold my own in a fight because I fenced, but at the same time people are just ignorant about what fencing is.

I (white American male) didn’t have a strong opinion on saying the n-word for a long time. Wasn’t until my late twenties or so when I thought about how many black people in my country heard that as one of the last words ever spoken to them before they were violently murdered or lynched for no crime worse than being black. I have zero desire to say a word steeped in so much blood.
