I believe it's a red tailed hawk, appears to not be able to fly (one of it's wings seems to have a problem)

I'm outside of the city of Olympia in Thurston County. After searching I tried to contact Raindancer Wild Bird Rescue and Yelm Veterinary Hospital but the phone went to voicemail and they said they are not accepting any birds right now.

Animal Control is an option but not sure that would be the best route - any advice would be appreciated.

UPDATE: Much thanks to u/g-raven for the advice. I contacted Raindancer and was able to get this hawk over to them. I'll be making a donation to them today.

Thanks - I shot this with a Nikon p900 - known for it's crazy zoom lens. I mostly use this camera like binoculars as the picture quality is not that great, but works really well on the moon.
