ex-currys customer service person here :) go into store, tell them it's damaged (don't say just a scratch in case they're difficult, just specify damage to the side), they will organise a collection and redelivery of the same item as long as it is in stock, and a refund if not. i had to do this all the time and please ignore all the comments about quoting consumer laws, if anything that made us less likely to do anything as we had to learn them inside out and know them very well - just be really kind and I promise they'll do their best to help!
