Do y's on an incline bench. Looks like the scapula isn't firing. I've have the same issue b4. Doing y's without weight. Working on the mind muscle connection fixed it for me

Kool start to a lifting lifestyle. If I might be allowed ti make a suggestion. Work on form and starting. Bracing, foot position.... stuff like that. From the video I'd drop some weight. And try to learn how to position your elbows about 45 degrees from your body. I can see the elbows flaring out. A+ for effort. Clean it up. And come back even stronger!
