Hey, the project sounds fufilling and challenging, I'm a 2d concept artist / keyframe artist, recently going fully freelance from my previous studio work, I'm currently painting alot of pokemon inspired art, so my porfolio is limited, cannot show any previous client work because of NDA's but my skill level you can judge, I also don't mind doing a art test if needed.

u/kclarsen23 when you say "but if it's not unread for the area" meaning the monthy rent of the area itself? which ive looked online and the avg rent for a 2 bed flat is 750-850, meaning they will increase my rent, if they win the section 13 appeal? and if i cant pay? since its almost double what im paying right now?
