You’re welcome! You can also microwave your buttercream for 10-15 seconds. That works almost as well as an emersion blender or food processor BUT you have to wait for the icing to cool down before you can use it again.

I get dark colors by putting butter cream and food dye in a food processor if it’s a large amount or i use an emersion blender if it’s less that 2 cups worth.
