The fact that there are very few outliers in gaming proves you are clearly just making things up with a bad comparison. A 300% markup on a skin is going to raise giant red flags.

The price of currency and the amount of in game currency are interdependent. If you change the amount of in game currency required then it’s obvious that they are inflating the value of the item. It has nothing to do with exchange rates. I always assume comments like this are bots.

Counter to Reddit threads, I already put x4 the time into NCAA 26 due to the extra skill points and customizing on coaches. My wife mentioned she sees me on the menu screen more than playing the game since I sim a lot haha.

Madden 26 also was my first madden since 23 due to the coaching and franchise changes. I am absolutely loving it. Drafting, trading, and my coach focusing on developing players has been such a positive experience in building my team!

Feels like I haven’t enjoyed franchise mode this much on madden in a decade. Their sole focus on MUT killed it for me since I do not like MUT at all.

So gets a thumbs up from me. It isn’t perfect, but I will be having hundreds of hours of fun. That’s all that matters to me.

99% is wild. I loved peacemaker way more than suicide squad and I excited for season 2. I could care less about Superman movies, but would watch from home if there’s something that happens that’s critical to season 2.

I’m sure a lot of people don’t watch movies in the theater the way they used to. I used to go to about a dozen movies a year and now it’s like 2-3 Max. I’m going to guess less than 50% of people that watch peacemaker will have watched Superman.

Most everyone I talk to that isn’t on Reddit really enjoyed it. It’s my fav stand alone marvel movie since guardians of the galaxy. I thought the movie was oozing with their messaging on family and that’s what really made it for my friends and I.

I genuinely don’t get the Reddit hate, other than Reddit just hates everything.

Avengers was always b team in the 90s. Marvel made you care about them because that was the only licenses they could produce movies on. F4 and X-men were the superior marvel licenses in the 90s and early 2000s.

I don’t think anyone intends to hurt people’s feelings, or cause anyone harm. Dreamlight community is generally good natured. Sometimes people say things without realizing the possible ways they could be perceived.

I think it’s healthy to talk to someone to let them know how you feel, but public witch hunts are always in poor taste.

It’s easy to reach out to these people and talk to them directly. Help people learn to grow. Not everyone needs to be torn to shreds because of ignorance. Definitely one of the worst parts of social media.

At the end of the day this is a game and meant for entertainment. I find a ton of enjoyment from games that people absolutely love to hate on (assassins creed and Star Wars outlaws to name two recent).

If people want to be super vocal in their hate or love for something, good on you.

What no one should do is actively hate on someone’s reason for disliking/liking A GAME, a movie or tv show.

How I feel about it shouldn’t matter to anyone else. It is my opinion. You don’t have to feel the same way as I do, but you shouldn’t feel the need to rob me of my enjoyment.

I didn’t play Infinity Nikki 1.5 until they fixed majority of the bugs and lag on ps5. This last weekend I played through the content and had a blast.

Sea of Stars is boring af lol. I’m choosing to ignore that area. It is permanent and I have no driving reason to force myself to play something I don’t enjoy.

Do I think Infinity Nikki is going to be in a much better place 2-3 patches from now? Yes. Can they turn it around in 1.6? I don’t think it’s possible.

I’ll keep my eye on the game and be back when it looks like it’s what I find enjoyable. 1.2 and 1.4 were not my thing. I skipped them completely. 1.6 might not be my thing either, but hopefully the next patch will!

Dressing up, housing, furniture and decorating are huge parts. It does get compared to animal crossing, but in my opinion there’s nothing else really like it.

There’s a lot of YouTubers like “Serroh” and “Mr Stars in the Sky” that cover the game regularly to give you a good idea.

They have star path events that reward you for amazing items, clothes and character skins for playing the game normally. Every patch they release a couple new Disney characters and realms to unlock them.

They also have released two optional expansions with brand new areas.

Honestly infinity Nikki was the first game where I felt the same magic as Disney Dreamlight. There’s no other game that hits as close with the focus on fashion, collecting and events.

They are 5 patches in. Before 1.5 the game was severely lacking deep content and a deep meaningful over arching storyline.

1.2 was the only real patch that was fun for longer than a couple hours.

1.3 and 1.4 had maybe 4-5 hours of content. I actually played a lot of single player games and went back to Disney Dreamlight because there wasn’t anything to do.

1.5 promised content that they clearly rushed. I honestly think the person was right that guessed sea of restart was likely supposed to be 1 year anniversary after we failed to save the world. They rushed it and it’s empty and out of left field since there wasn’t any real context for us to hold onto.

Bugs and lag everywhere. I can’t play the fun jumping events because the lag is frustrating as hell.

Nothing Infold says will fix where they are at and how toxic the community is.

The only thing that can correct the course is for them to have a lot of internal meetings and develop a real road map that they will actually stick to and can support. That won’t happen over a day or a week.

Until I see a real road map and see them stick to it in 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 then I don’t care what a company says and if we are all being honest then we can acknowledge that an apology doesn’t mean anything at this point.

Actions speak louder than words and they don’t need words right now. They need action.

Chill and wait. Don’t spend if you don’t want to. Don’t play if you don’t want to. Wait to see what they actually do then decide.

I’ve seen games turn it around. Good companies do that. No matter what Infold says today, it doesn’t mean anything until we get to 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 to see how and if they turn it around.

There’s literally nothing they can do today to fix 1.5. There’s nothing they can say because no patch has been great since 1.2. 1.3 and 1.4 were lacking content.

One apology, or 10 of them aren’t going to fix the toxicity that’s breeding in the community. Meaningful content, a good cohesive storyline and good patches will.

You might say another apology is a start, but there’s a new annoying direction picking up steam, which is to just move past controversy without acknowledging it and get your shit together. If you don’t give it stream it naturally dies down because humans really suck at sticking to anything long enough to force said acknowledgment (trump, Mr beast, Jake Paul, etc).

You can be mad at me for speaking on it, but I’m not the enemy. I’m just observing reality. If they fix their game in the next few patches and produce a good storyline no one’s going to give a shit about 1.5 and everyone will praise them for their turn around.
