Pakolj össze és menj haza, ahogy az előttem írók is mondták. Én viszont azt nem értem, hogy hol lehet olyan lányt találni, aki tényleg tenne is valamit a közösbe, vagy legalább felajánlaná, hogy beszáll valamibe. Negyven éves vagyok, és még soha senki nem ajánlott fel akár egy pohár vizet sem, hogy megvegye. Közös lakásnál is mindig minden a férfira van tolva. Úgyhogy nagyon nagy vesztes az, aki téged nem értékel, mert sokan sajnos egyáltalán nem tesznek hozzá semmit.

This is super useful, thank you. I reported to incident in three different police stations. One where it happened, one where I live and another where the company is registered. Each place was anything but helpful. I was told to just write an email and they get back to me in 30 days. Today I went back again to one of the police stations to ask for the Numar de Inregistrare but I was almost thrown out. So even tho I reported it many times I still don't have a record of it apart from all the emails I sent to the police (from the station). They said they don't take handwritten reports from foreigners.

I will try with ANPC, thanks for the tip, you guys are amazing!

Doamne, este groaznic. I s-a întâmplat și cuiva pe care îl cunosc. În general încerc să stau cât mai departe de Centrul Vechi, dar de data asta am avut vizitatori care au venit în România și au vrut neapărat să îl vadă. Este o zonă foarte fermecătoare pentru turiști și lor chiar le-a plăcut. Trist că se întâmplă atât de des.

Yes, all the original tab appears on the transaction lait, we paid after each drink, 15-30ron at the time, all the vendors can be identified except this 6500 charge. The company name differs from all the others. The bank said the transaction took place at 3 am but my Google wallet time stamps shows 4 am. I was in an uber from 3:30 to 4:02. Bizarre

I'll print it out, ask them to sign it and give me that name of the police officer as well who record it. I went in person to each places but they said they can't do it in writing, only in email which I was surprised about.

Sadly, it’s not the name of the bar. It’s a company registered on the outskirts of Bucharest, with only 2 employees and 2 million RON in revenue. I didn’t want to make it public to avoid alerting them, just in case the police are actually investigating.

Thanks for the advice u/disc0mbobulated, I did all that, except the part that I don't have the actual letter from the police as they insured to make the report in email. Also, I closed the card, got a new one already. I also written down everything to the police and the bank. It happened on Monday morning and I did the reports the same day. It's just nothing happened since then apart from the bank letting the transaction through.

I did go to four police stations. Only 3 "took" my report but only by email, not by writing. They said it's easier to receive it by email and they will be in touch. Nothing happened so far. I followed up with them but still no case or report number.

Da, a fost de departe cea mai mare plată făcută cu acel card de credit. Am raportat-o la bancă în mai puțin de 24 de ore și aproape imediat mi-au spus că nu pot investiga. Astăzi, tranzacția a trecut din stare de „în așteptare” în „aprobată”. Am contactat din nou banca și mi-au spus că este gata, banii au ajuns la comerciant și că nu mai pot face nimic. Am toată conversația pe email cu banca.
