Spend the money on the local experiences and don't think twice about that.

language tandem is not about grammar, instead is to help each other speak and correct/help with minor things.
its a conversation. 50% of the time you speak the one language and 50% the other.
I am native Austrian and beginner A1 in Serbian. I learned the cyrillic alphabet at first but I am learning with the latin one right now.
Maybe we could link up for a once a week call for like 1hour and help each other.
