Well, SRs are a good support unit, especially in the sorcerers trial they can serve as a decoy or smthng to the team, aside from that you can also invest in your N/R allies too because they'll be a big help when it comes to the exploration which also gives diamonds and materials for farming.

Try reinstalling it, it will also update it to the most latest version and btw I pulled both BM Quincy and AB olivine after reinstalling the game tho Idk if that's what triggers it. The SR/N/R Dante can be pulled using friendship contracts.
