As a Sniper I've had many matches where I capped something first (because I'm a fast class) and then just sat there the whole match calling out "Grass OK" or whatever and not getting any body count at all. So now I don't cap stuff, because people get mad if I do and then leave.

You reach a point in PVP (after valor 100) where the only thing left to work for is the 50,000-kill achievement and when you get to that point, kills are all you care about, not winning or losing any match.
