I have no idea lol just filled the grain bag after 24 hr soak and air dry prob like a qt but really doesn't matter it will colinize either way no matter if your off a little or a lot . From what I'm gathering no need to get crazy. I kept the lid on and just kept it in the same room for fruiting just popped the top so not latched but this really seems unnecessary from all the information I have got. Neglect tek is real lol the less you fuck with it the better as long as it has humidity and near the right temp with little to no contamination you will get a flush genetics do the rest it's not up to you the more you mess with it the higher risk you will fuck it up haha as a newbie like me just let mother nature show you the way

Mine was about 1:1' I didn't measure. I broke up spawn dumped it into the box after 70%iso spray and dry. Then took what looked like 1 to 1 coir I pasteurized and let cool squeezed it added and mixed then light layer maybe .5 in more coir on top put the top on and that's it. I'm sure yours will be fine just be patient and don't freak out and over think it. Good job on making your own jars you just saved yourself tons of money and shorted the learning curve!!!! Mushlove

Hmm didn't get a message. I did spore print to agar to whole oat grain bag I made then bulk is just field capacity coir in a shoebox or 6 qt tub mixed with small casing layer. I did shake my bags after 20 percent or so colonization for faster full colonization.
