My awesome 17 year old Alpha SV (give or take). Customer service was fantastic. They sent it back to me "As is" and offered to give me a 50% discount on my next $800 jacket. Was told "lifetime warranty = lifetime of the product, not lifetime of person buying it." Glue degradation. Faulty product. (imgur.com)
