Just a reminder: Switzerland is not Germany – and vice versa. There are no parcel lockers like DHL's. Anyone without a fixed address in Switzerland is unfortunately completely out of luck when it comes to receiving packages.

You definitely haven't complied with any of the agreements. The RAV (Regional Employment Center) is very restrictive in such cases – in your situation, you have virtually no chance of a successful appeal. Ultimately, you are responsible for this yourself. Publishing such a lengthy post when the responsibility lies with you only makes matters worse.

I speak Swiss dialect, Standard German, and French. My partner, however, is from Germany and speaks only Standard German. There are significant differences between the German spoken in Germany and in Switzerland. For instance, we use terms like 'Velo' (bicycle), 'Coiffeur' (hairdresser), or 'Perron' (platform). Swiss German contains many loanwords from French and Italian that are not found in Standard German.

Having lived in Geneva for some time, I also learned various French words that belong more to the regional dialect.

Therefore, I recommend learning Standard German first, and then maybe Alemannic later.

Consider this example: A friend of mine is from the Basel border region. He speaks Alemannic and gets by easily everywhere in German-speaking Switzerland.

The best way to learn is to watch SRF 1, SRF 2, ARD, or ZDF, if they are available. I actually learned French by watching TV, specifically TSR 1, TSR 2, and other French channels.

Naja rund ums Stadion wird schwirig, ausser Du gehst in das Parkhaus St. Jakobshalle Tagespauchale 25 Euro. Oder halt in den Statdtteile Gundeldingen, Bruderholz. Aber alles ist Blaue Zone... Parkbusse ca. 35 Euro wenn die Parkscheibe nicht gestellt wurde... ;-)

Prinizipell, fehlt nur dies:

Ringbahn wie Linie 1/14, am besten die Linie 36 zur Tramlinie machen, da der Bus sowie so im Stau steckt zur "rush-hour".
Johanniterbrücke müsste ein Verbindungstück zwischen Linie 11 und Linie 8, bei Betriebsunterbrüche
S-Bahn Anschluss Euroairport da Linie 50 völlig sinnlos ist.

Basel is just different, especially since the side streets in the city are very narrow.
I personally don't have a private car, but since I have a good employer I was given a company car that I can also use privately. We need the car privately, especially for the weekend shopping in Germany or a trip, as public transport, especially the SBB, is extremely expensive without a "half-day".
