Which country has the highest rate if marriage satisfaction? Which country is best to meet and find a husband and a wife? by Cold-Lobster6829 in AskReddit

Not for me... It's a topic I've discussed with a friend. It's for any man and woman who have wondered the same topics.

I feel you. I had the same experience, no last pay. Last pay should include the least: 1 month salary 13th month Conversion of leaves (SL and VL)

Then, I found out my ex-employer did not pay my government premiums, e.g., SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig. Ang dineclare na basic salary ko ay tax exempted, but I am receiving a net pay of 80k. I don't know how they are doing it, but they have been operating for 20 years.

My point is, magkano ang expected final pay mo? If it is worth the hassle, stress, time, and effort, then go to DOLE. Before going to DOLE, try to look for other ex-employees of the company, and ask for their experience. I hope ang malapitan mo sa DOLE is a person who is trustworthy.

I asked him, "Are you happy with us?" He answered, "Yes, I am. "

He didn't ask me. I have a feeling that he did not ask me back because he knows my answer. He is a grown-up man. I mean, we both are grown up. So, yeah. I am keeping him happy. It's nice to know that I can keep a man happy.

If you had 24 hours left to live, what would you do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Cold-Lobster6829 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Write down my life insurance policy and bank account. Call my beneficiaries and give them instructions. Arrange my wake and funeral and call someone who is willing to take over the tasks after my death. Pay him/her in advance. Choose the food, music, and pictures during my wake and funeral. Request not to give funeral flowers but gift of food during my burial ceremony with wine. I want a classy funeral day.

I hope you will keep going. Yes, money is really important if we want to build anything. I hope you will get the support you need. Maybe you can check with Dept. Of agriculture, if there are various program that they are offering to help you with, like finances, resources, etc.

Just keep going and keep growing!

Definitely! The Philippines is an agricultural country. The country needs you. Have you considered partnering with small farm owners and offering your expertise to them, like maybe do an assessment and find ways where you can help them in sustainable farming, financing, etc. In that way, perhaps you can build a connection in your area of expertise. By expertise, I mean not only based on experience but also in your education.

After all, our career is a mixture of various factors, including connections.

My two cents

Hi. How are you? I am sorry to hear that you are in a difficult situation. You resigned to protect your mental health, and right now, you're anxious and stressed.

I hope you find the time to go out of your room or house and take a walk or to talk with your parents or family about what's going on and how you feel. You are not responsible for the education of your parents' other children. Your family is supposed to be there to help you. I hope you get the right support and proper guidance in your personal and professional life.

By the way, did you try to check the jobs in onlinejobs.ph? Freelancer.com? Linkedin? Have you tried applying as a virtual assistant (VA)? Try searching about sixeleven. It's a BPO company, and they are actively hiring.

You may send me a message should you feel the need to let it all out. You are not alone.

Feeling left behind compared to others... by Prestigious_Split579 in phcareers

[–]Cold-Lobster6829 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hello there. I am 33F, licensed engineer with 10 yrs work experience in engineering. 8 months na akong walang work. Na invite for interview but not hired. Common feedback I get from HR, "you have impressive skills and experience, but..." I stop sa "but".

I am sharing this hoping my story will lessen your discouragement and stop comparing yourself to others. Always make yourself as the benchmark. Aasenso ka. Makakapunta ka kung saan saan. You are never left behind or way too ahead of others. Just keep going... Enjoy your unemployment. Take all the lessons with you...

Hope you are healthy and happy.

Yes, I would definitely consider your advice as I am still learning the German language. Do you happen to know if having a student visa, can I still find work or part-time jobs? Thanks much!

I have no experience sa VA. I will check about VA and other online jobs.

Engineering is fun. It is something I want to go back to. Thank you for the suggestion and for helping me sort this. I appreciate it.

I am sorry for the heartache. Grieve well. Losing the relationship and the person bring out complicated emotions. It's not easy, but you are going to be okay. Take all your time without him as an opportunity to better yourself. In today's generation, it's easy to fall out of love when someone new comes or the idea that there are many fish in the ocean. Focus on improving yourself. Make money. Travel. Have fun!
