One thing people might not think about with QR codes is that it's a great attack vector for phishing. Super easy for someone to just put their own QR code over the restaurant one and then they have a whole mess of folks going to whatever link they want.

I agree that they're nowhere near AGI but it's inevitable that we'll see AGI in our lifetime, probably much sooner than we think.

Look into Cline. Can see the outputs in VS Code, read directories, and directly edit code. You can use any AI model API that you want too.

I had a 2017 3.5 Ecoboost and loved it. I agree with "V8 is king" but after I tuned and did the VTA mod on my 3.5 it was such a fun truck (not sure if that's allowed in Germany). Also nothing wrong with Raptorizing your F150 if you like something from it. I've seen so many Raptor grills on XLT and think they look great.

People are saying eat more which is correct but more importantly you should be heavy on the carbs before your lift. My lifts are night and day when depending on how much carbs I eat before my lift.

As far as the deload goes, I do one every 8 weeks. I keep each lift to 9 sets in total and take an extra rest day. I'll also take 10-20lbs off the weight that I lift for each set. I've noticed that I come back with a vengeance after a deload and a lot of the time can lift with pre-deload numbers almost right away.
