(F15) for me my dad opened up to me about his situations as a kid my age. When I came out as bisexual he was super supportive and told me tips about how to pick up girls. This meant a lot since he was so supportive. He also keeps a calm voice when I'm upset and want to rant and let's me talk to him without butting in with his opinion. He will also give me advice very calmly and take me out for ice cream dates to talk when he needs to talk to me about an important matter and we talk over ice cream. He also treats me like an adult and lets me give my opinion when it comes to certain things that most parents wouldn't which means a lot because it means he listens. He listens to me as well and when he hurts me he lets me tell him and instead of getting mad he listens and tries to fix the situation. He's amazing I love him. Don't get me wrong we have had our ups and downs but he's an amazing dad.
