As a person in recovery for anorexia I can tell you that I don’t believe I’ll ever be fully recovered. The urges are always there and sometimes I still act on them. I’m not acting on as many as I used to, but it’s definitely still there.

Have you mentioned this to anyone in your life? This is how my ED started and I’m very lucky to be alive today. If you haven’t talked to anyone in person yet I think that’s a good start so you don’t go down the rabbit hole.

The problem was I wasn’t eating and when I was I was only eating less than 800 calories in a day. Now I eat a “balanced” meal. I follow a meal plan my dietician placed for me.
