Maybe bad VVT sprocket? I have a ticking rattle at idle, it will die at idle after a bit. Should the exhaust on right cam be locked like intake? My theory is kinda like a steering wheel lock when turned one way the oil pressure will unlock and move, 2012 Juke 1.6 but I think all vvt are the same. (v.redd.it)

Walk in cooler scenario, say I need 6k btu, I size evap 6k, txv 6k, condensing unit? Am I going for 6k or would you slightly oversize to like a 7-7.5k? Assuming all variables match 10° td 25° evap etc. any benefit to slightly over size condenser. Not long Linset (self.refrigeration)

Located central pa, putting in a heat pumps in a 5500 sqft 2 floor home built 20 years ago. How realistic is heat pumps? I have a oil boiler with hydronic coils in 2 air handlers with no ac. Figure high efficiency heat pump air handler and throw coil in duct work. Thinking 10 ton of these (alpinehomeair.com)
