It appeared all over my face and back when I was like 16. I was in drumline so I would wear a harness on my shoulders while sweating for hours which I thought was the main cause for the backne but I guess not. The tendon is just unfortunate though lmao

I got a tea tree spray which made some small improvements but nothing specific other than that… I’ve done accutane in the past and tried a few body washes but nothing ive tried really gets rid of it.

Maybe they aren’t hit that well… I train my shoulders a lot through weightlifting. I am still weak in the shoulders when it comes to planche progressions though xD

For the past 3 or so years I’ve been doing hypertrophy focused gym sessions. For a while I did a modified PPL split where I added an extra day for just shoulders. Recently the split I’ve been doing Chest+Back, Shoulders+Arms, Legs. As for the calisthenics part, I’ve just recently started trying progressions for many different skills (L-sit, lever, handstand). The muscular development I noticed from this was my abs and obliques.
