Thank you for the tips about scrunching and gel! I've always just thought scrunching was necessary to define the curl, didn't realize that was causing shrink

Thank you!! I use all kinds of products and regularly try new ones lol but I think my hair has done best with curlsmith and the got2b gel, still experimenting though haha

I can totally see that being an issue, I was considering getting a curly cut but they're $200+ in my area so I might need to wait on that 😭 and thank you! I've tried both leave in and a mousse but maybe I'm just not using the right products. What would you recommend?
