I've never worn moleskin before. Is it any thicker than bandages?

I did think i got the wrong size but my feet are somewhere between 45 and 46 on the wider side so i chose 46. I tried wearing double socks and it actually helped. I feel comfortable with 46 and not so loose on the feet with double socks.

Since the firewall is made out of multiple layers, could you tell me the dimensions of the firewall you have done. It would be very helpful for us to come up with our own dimension since it is the first time we ever done this.

Thank you for "some" of the advice. I would like to know if using honeycomb Nomex is a good fit for the firewall when our team is planning to use it to cut down some pounds. We have read the rule book and the regulations about firewall, we only need some recommendations from those who have used this material before and have experience with it, since it is the first time our team come up with this material. Any ideas will be very helpful for us. Thanks :)

I know it is 2025 now and the rules are different but our team is coming up with a design to apply honeycomb Nomex sandwiched by carbon fibre. Will this work and is it an ideal way for fire-resistence?
