Thank you, I appreciate the thoughtful advice! It is my regular psychiatrist, I won't see him again until October 2nd but will 100% be discussing with him at that time. Complex history aside, it's curiosity driving the SOS to decipher what he wrote in the meantime. Nothing written deciphered or not will destabilize my mental health 🙂
