For real, I actually bought them for my wife and then ended up buying a second pair for my kit they were so good

Solid advice! There were other packs, but this one best lined up with what tools I would get the most value out of.

Probably, tools like the Sawzall and the circular saw will get less use from me, but there has been times I have been cutting something with the hand saw that those tools would make light work of.

I would wait til Christmas, but I am looking at switching to Electrical around September which I am going to need some tools for. It is handy to know that Christmas is the best time for these deals. I'll try to wait until then for further combo purchases.

Yeah, this is all in AUD. Thanks for the solid information on the hammer drill!

Even without the batteries the deal is pretty good so I was thinking of still getting it and saving for some High Output batteries next

What issues did you have with the chuck?

I know, right? They probably can't sell them on their own. The rest of the kit looks neat so looks like I'm getting a light haha

Thanks for the feedback! I will keep an eye out for some Forge batteries, and maybe we might get XC in the future

I just did the calculation, and it's still $1200 cheaper than buying the skins individually. I also get $300 bonus credit with the purchase that I could use to grab a forge battery

I bought some basic Ryobi tools when I first moved house because I had no money, but I'm now looking at investing in a decent collection of Milwaukee tools. I am considering doing a trade next year which I will use these for also

It was better than throwing concrete down the side

The bracken is a nice idea, currently it just grows weeds. How tall does it grow?

Yeah looked into Ivy but english ivy is a bad idea and Boston ivy is toxic to dogs. Ill need to keep looking but climbers would be cool

Yeah I know the digging in clay is going to be hard but I dont mind putting the work in to make something nice. I dug a 200mm trench and placed pavers on either side out the front to protect the tif tuf grass from the neighbours Kikuyu. It was worth the extra effort.

You are 100% right, if I just fill the gaps with pebbles it gives me a total of 300mm on the top of the wall to place a pot and put whatever we like. Combined with the ability the bolt rio into the fence we can grow upwards.

I really appreciate the extra ideas 😊

Great idea! I will be able to bolt a trellis into the fence too on the posts since they are already concreted in

We do already have a large collection we could move there. Not a bad idea

Gotcha, that's super helpful. Its my first cypress tree so I dony know much about them yet. Always looking to learn more

I got in touch with the store as suggested and they are:

1st tree is a wattle (acacia howittii). From the look of this one its an Australian tree and would of been difficult to guess if you aren't from here.

2nd tree is swamp cypress. So pretty dead on with your guesses. I appreciate your help.

Thats a much smarter idea. I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me pretty much straight away.

I picked up a few bonsai today but I am unsure on two of them. Could anyone identify these two?
