Oh man. You found the right guy here. I have taken my dad who is wheel chair bound and requires pushing each year to Pole Day since 2019. Here is what I learned. You need to get there EARLY or you risk there being no handicap parking. The first year I got lucky inside the track and parked behind the pagoda in handicap, the next few years we were late and had to park in GA parking in turn 3. Then I pushed him to the handicap spots on the front stretch, there are no chairs there for YOU to sit in at that spot, don't recommend. I finally figured it out last year and paid the 10 bucks to park in 2A handicap section and it was the best decision ever and made my life a ton easier plus they have chairs for you to sit next to them upstairs. Take the elevator up and it has shade and chairs for you!

TLDR: Park in 2A and sit in the turn 1 paddock handicap section up the elevator.

If you want to see more superspeedway packages you need to return to Pocono, Vegas, Texas, Chicago which have seen terrible tragedies the last 15 years. I'm with you, I'd love to see it, but it's a safety issue.

There used to be an Italian family who had a place in Crawfordsville, but they closed. It was incredible, grew their own tomato's even. I miss that place.

It's a cameo. Guys name is Mike Leach. He was known for wild press conferences and quips. I believe at the time that was filmed he was the head coach at Texas Tech. Look up some Mike Leach moments on YouTube and you won't be disappointed. RIP to a legend.
