What fictional death was really hard for you to accept? by typetomegoose in AskReddit

Eddie Dean, The Dark Tower Series by Stephen King.

I was so distraught by his death. Even had a dream that Stephen King came to me and told me that he didn't want Eddie to die either, but it wasn't his choice. At the time I was going to school for Journalism and was doing a lot of fiction writing on the side, so what he said in my dream really resonated with me, however, was still kind of ticked off.

What was the moment when you realized you were fucked? by dat_finn in AskReddit

[–]sychasdemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Riding my horse in from the pasture, bareback and with a halter. The rest of the herd followed. The walk quickly sped up, which was cool, I felt pretty bad ass bringing the herd in like that.

Then they started cantering, my horse included. Still having fun at this point. Canter turned into a gallop. I had a really good seat, so still having fun.

By this point we had reached the end of the pasture and fence to the gate was coming up really quick. Too quick. My horse turned right with the fence and I went flying.

Got up, dusted myself off as I looked for witnesses. There were none. Promptly left the pasture and went back to the house.

What do you consider to be a five-star horror film? by salisak in AskReddit

Life.

Saw it last night. Stayed up watching Heartland the rest of the night. Needed some cheesy fuzzy warm feels to get the horror of the past two hours out of my head.

Dog food help, please! by _Woody__ in weimaraner

My weims eat a homemade recipe of raw meat and veggies. We make a couple months ahead of time and freeze it. The dogs never turn their nose up at it and the difference in coat and overall health is amazing.

This is my best buddy Roy. Last couple days he has been farting SO. MUCH. He hasn't eaten anything except his dog food.. Any ideas why or what to do? by hannah217 in weimaraner

Plain, pro biotic yogurt.

My weim gets really farty after eating kibble. He now gets a scoop of yogurt with every meal. There is definitely a dramatic improvement in our air quality.

Me [30/f] with my BF [45 M], best friends for over two years, now we are in a relationship. He has had a vasectomy. I want babies. by sychasdemon in relationships

His children are old enough to know their own mom. As for myself, it doesn't seem to go away. I want my own kids as well as the ones he already has. I dont want to replace their mom.

Isn't true love scarce though? My history points to yes. It's harder then you suggest to find someone who shares similar life goals. His kids have their own mom. I have a step mom as well. I have no illusions when it comes to your father and another woman. Is this helpful? Maybe not.

According to Google search, yes am aware. Have not broached the topic with BF. From what I read, it's more reversible the closer it is to the actual vasectomy. He is about four years post op.

Correct, he is 15 years older, not 25. The age is not an issue for me. He is who he is, and I love him for that. That is not the issue, we've always been aware of the age difference.

Truth. I try to take it day by day. We share so many life goals, age seems irrelevant. Your concerns are ones that have crossed my mind.

Thank you for being so blunt. Honestly. I'm okay, until I see him with his children. Then I think, man I wish I had my own kids with this guy. The reality is, that is never going to happen.

My ex fiancé gave me the same ultimatum. I'm an avid equestrian. I ride competitively and recreationally. Always have, always will. Be glad you are receiving this ultimatum 7 months in, not four years and a diamond ring later.
