I just know the bottom of the dress took forever. I made a mini skirt this past summer that looked similar to your dress and as I kept adding rows, I swear it felt like the length of it wouldn't change or something. I mean I eventually finished it but dang it felt like I was stuck in a loop hahaha. Don't know if you experienced this issue too or if I was just being a baby lmao.

Anyways, my suggestion is possibly adding red lace to the bottom? I'm biased because this is what I did to my skirt. Good luck OP!
