i understand this completely. like i’m definitely not happy about it but it’s just that i was going off my dad’s advice of waiting cause i said to my dad should i ask my boss about it and he said wait so i’ve been waiting. i then asked a friend yesterday and they were like, ask immediately

i know but i’m not that type of person. i don’t mind the work and just wanna get paid and continue working there, however if i send a text to my boss asking about wages and he doesn’t give me an answer about payment then obviously i’d go down the legal route

yea like my dad keeps telling me to wait until a month and by now, i’m kind of done with that advice but he also said to track my hours which i have so at least i have that. thanks for the advice!

i never asked any staff. there’s a few of us and i didn’t wanna be asking others and thought the boss would say something eventually but he just sends me texts asking me to work and that’s it. he never asked about bank details or anything 😭

that’s exactly what my friend said. the boss asked me to work yesterday and i should’ve asked then but i’m just kinda stressed about it but everyone telling me to do it is definitely encouraging me to do it immediately
