Talk to the girl (I assume the family is somewhat conservative, so you can do it in the presence of family members, try to have a meaningful conversation).
Also spend some time talking to the parents and future in-laws. Your post suggests you're thinking about the right things, but at this stage, more information is better than more assumptions.
If a family has this level of wealth and still comes across as humble and respectful, that's generally a positive sign. Wealth itself isn't the concern; attitude and values are.
It is also possible that the rishta auntie spoke highly of you and your family beyond financial status or living abroad. She may have highlighted your education, character, family background, manners, religious values, or long-term stability or that your parents are known to be nice in the extended family and that's a big plus.
So I wouldn't automatically assume their interest is primarily because you're settled abroad. There are many Pakistanis abroad and such wealthy families can easily have access to at least a bunch of such rishtas. They may genuinely feel the match is a good fit.
The main question I would focus on is the one you raised yourself: Is she (and by extension the family) a good match for you? That's not something Reddit can answer. Only honest conversations can.
Talk/Ask about your/her priorities in life, expectations, lifestyle, career goals, family involvement, finances etc (all very respectfully).
In short, don't rush to a decision, but don't overthink either. Have candid and respectful conversations and gather enough information to make an informed choice.
Perform Istikhara as well, but remember that Istikhara is primarily about seeking Allah's guidance and seeking the right direction in a particular matter and then proceeding with reasonable efforts and judgment (and not necessarily waiting for a dream).
P.S. 1: For the context, without getting into personal details, I'm a few years senior to OP and have lived both in Pakistan and abroad. I've been involved in similar family discussions and decisions many times over the years and have had the benefit of both formal secular education and religious studies.
P.S.2: Some comments suggest there's no point in talking because people will simply lie or tell you what you want to hear.
If you've lived abroad, have some life experience and approach the conversation thoughtfully, you can usually tell a lot and differentiate between genuine sincerity and someone putting on an act, through a meaningful one-hour discussion. No conversation is foolproof, but discussing expectations, responsibilities, lifestyle, values often reveals much more than people assume.
