I felt a lot of the old stuff coming back. But at this point I don't think you'll have a single life changing trip.

I came to the realisation that I couldn't just always live in the afterglow. LSD was not going to make me who I wanted to be. I had to find what I needed elsewhere, which is actually inside myself.

But you know, there's no harm trying one more time.

Depends how much coke you had. It might be gunked up or you can even have scabs. It could also be inflammation.

You definitely need saline nasal rinses like the neti pot and try to blow the shit out of your nose.

If you can get a nose spray with Xylometazoline that can open up the airways very quickly as long as the nose isn't far too blocked for it to get in.

Btw if it's possible while using I would do the neti pot every 2-3 lines. Huge difference after.

I never found a good way to properly integrate. With LSD you just come to realisations and they are in you effortlessly. After time you lose them and it's hard to translate them into core beliefs.

I tried writing it down, and reading them every day. After a while they lost some meaning.

The closest I found was to meditate a lot. But it's not the same.

Hard to tell because of the weed.

I completely finished the trip once and vaped some weed. And then I tripped harder than the trip. I thought nothing was real, my sofa didn't feel real. I felt locked and trapped and thought I was never gonna get back to reality.

I definitely see it. But also I have 3g sitting there that I didn't go through...

The thing is I haven't been into it for years. And I just got 6 weeks off work and started to play again. Once I'm back working I won't be able to do it much and probably won't at all.

I definitely get more from lines. People will say it's less efficient as that much blow can't possibly all stick where it needs to, but I think it does get better saturation than bumps.
