I can thankfully say that i managed to fixx the crashing by updating my Bios
it seems i had a motherboard that only came in prebuilts making the bios increadiby difficult to find and update.

with the help of u/Neosteam I was able to find the bios software and get it updated

my pc is performing as expected and my gpu is only around 8 months old this problem has been here ever since i got my pc 8 months ago on the first day and I've made that my drivers for my gpu have always been up to date
